This individual is the Associate Vice President for Facilities Management & Campus Services and an Adjunct Professor at a leading university. He holds a Ph.D. from Carnegie Mellon University, an MS from the University of Illinois, and a BS from the United States Coast Guard Academy. With over 35 years of professional experience spanning facilities management, military service as a U.S. Coast Guard Captain, and private sector leadership, he is a licensed Professional Engineer and ASCE Fellow. He has co-authored a graduate-level textbook on infrastructure management.
