I am an educator and researcher with a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from Arizona State University. My research background is centered on advanced semiconductor materials, specifically III-V compound semiconductors containing bismuth (e.g., GaAsBi, InAsBi) for optoelectronic and electronic device applications. I have contributed to this field through co-authorship of several peer-reviewed publications in prestigious journals such as Applied Physics Letters and the Journal of Applied Physics, investigating phenomena like bandgap engineering and disorder effects in these materials. This work culminated in being named a co-inventor on a United States patent for an optical device based on bismuth-containing III-V semiconductors. My research involved extensive collaboration with international teams and utilized techniques like molecular beam epitaxy and photoluminescence spectroscopy.
