Experienced lecturer and programme director in early childhood studies with over 25 years in education. Holds an MA in Education and Early Childhood (Distinction) from the University of Hull and is a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy. Currently leads BA programmes, mentors students, and oversees quality assurance at the university level. Passionate about play-based learning and inclusive education.
