A full Professor in Exercise Science at Florida State University (FSU) with a Ph.D. in Exercise Physiology from the University of Florida. Research focuses on exercise interventions for aging adults, fibromyalgia, breast cancer survivors, and cardiometabolic health. Has an extensive publication record with over 90 refereed articles. Currently serves as the Associate Director of the Institute of Successful Longevity at FSU. Has held administrative roles including Interim Associate Dean and Graduate Program Director.
