A chemical engineer with a Ph.D. from the University of Waterloo and a master’s degree from the University of Guelph, both leading Canadian institutions. His work integrates material characterization (FTIR, DSC, SEM) with life-cycle assessment to reduce environmental footprints. He has mentored numerous students and demonstrated expertise in scale-up and process optimization. Recognized for driving cross-functional collaboration and delivering measurable improvements in yield and material performance, he applies technical leadership to bioplastics and circular economy solutions.
