An educator and researcher in applied linguistics and English language teaching with a Master’s degree from the University of Dhaka and currently pursuing a Master of Research at Western Sydney University. My academic focus lies in linguistics, ELT methodology, and teacher development, complemented by over a decade of university-level teaching and administrative experience. I have taught courses in English literature, linguistics, and ELT, supervised postgraduate research, and contributed to curriculum design. In 2012, I was selected for the English Language Fellowship, a prestigious U.S. State Department program that supports teacher training and professional growth. My roles as Head of Department and Dean have allowed me to lead faculty development, coordinate academic programs, and foster industry linkages for student placements. I am committed to advancing language education through research and practice, and currently exploring new avenues in my Master of Research studies at Western Sydney University.
