Lecturer in Jurisprudence and Legislation at An-Najah National University, Palestine, holding a Ph.D. in Islamic Jurisprudence from the Islamic University of Baghdad (2003). Specializes in political jurisprudence, Islamic legal theory, and contemporary legal issues. Supervised over 20 graduate theses and published extensively on topics including zakat, judicial independence, and civil marriage. Served as Head of the Department of Jurisprudence and Legislation (2010–2013).
