A Professor of Computer Graphic Technology with a Ph.D. in Educational and Instructional Technology Design, I bring over three decades of experience teaching at universities and colleges. My research focuses on game-based learning, learner-centered design, and educational technology, with a dissertation that explored an online educational video game for engineering students. I hold an MFA in Visual Communication Design and have developed curricula across graphic design, interactive media, and instructional technology. I have served as a tenured Associate Professor, Distinguished Professor, and Chair of Visual Communications, where I managed department operations and redesigned programs. My work bridges creative practice and educational research, emphasizing visual literacy, interactive learning, and user experience. I have taught both face-to-face and online courses, earning certifications in online instruction, and continue to design innovative visual and interactive curricula in higher education.
