An art educator with a Master’s degree in Art Education, I have been teaching at the university level for over two decades as an Adjunct Professor in the Visual Arts Department. My courses include drawing, painting, color theory, two-dimensional design, creative process, and art history, where I introduce students to foundational principles and hands-on creative practice. I am committed to fostering technical skills, confidence, and an appreciation of art through dynamic, enthusiastic instruction. I also work as a children’s book illustrator and a commissioned artist, creating portraits and landscapes across various media. My teaching integrates studio practice with art historical context, and I am proficient in online instruction using Blackboard and Zoom. My goal is to help students discover their creative voice while building strong foundational skills.
