My name is Dr. Sara Tours, and I am an Associate Professor of Education at Slippery Rock University. My professional background includes early childhood education, literacy, reading specialist preparation, multilingual education, and teacher development. I have taught and conducted educational work both in the United States and internationally, with a particular interest in supporting educators through meaningful professional learning opportunities. I am passionate about helping teachers strengthen their instructional practices, fostering student success, and building collaborative learning communities.
