Dr. Hari Mohan Rai is an Assistant Professor at the School of Soft Computing, Gachon University, South Korea, with a strong academic and research background. He earned his Ph.D. from Indian Institute of Technology (ISM), Dhanbad, focusing on detecting fatal diseases using hybrid deep neural network models on biomedical signals and images. He also holds a master’s degree in Control System Engineering (Gold Medalist) and a bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering.
