His expertise spans smart instrumentation, embedded systems, battery management, green energy, and machine learning. He has held key roles including Deputy Director at India’s Shri Vishwakarma Skill University, Head of Electrical & Communication Engineering (PNG University of Technology), and Founder Director of MRK Institute of Engineering (India). Dr. Raj has supervised 9 Ph.D. students (6 awarded), 40 M.Tech. theses, and 120+ B.Tech. projects, with 43 journal papers (SCI/EI), 31 conference publications, and 1 authored book. He is a life member of IEEE, ISTE, and IETE, and has delivered invited talks at institutions in Sweden, China, and Spain, contributing to global academic exchange in electrical engineering.
