He is an accomplished researcher and educator in the field of geotechnical and environmental engineering. He has held a full-time faculty position as an Assistant Professor at IIT Guwahati and has been an active visiting scholar at numerous international institutions, including the University of Leeds, University of Macau, and universities in Russia and Kazakhstan, where he taught specialized courses and collaborated on research. A significant measure of his academic success is his proven ability to secure competitive research funding, having served as the Main Investigator for multiple national and international grants from prestigious agencies like the NSFC (China) and SERB (India), with a cumulative funding amount exceeding 700,000 RMB. His strong publication record includes numerous papers in top-tier, high-impact geotechnical engineering journals.

He is a distinguished academic and researcher in Civil Engineering, specializing in innovative pavement materials. His primary research excellence lies in developing sustainable asphalt modifications using Epoxidized Natural Rubber (ENR) and nanomaterials, evidenced by a prolific record of high-impact publications. His work has garnered significant competitive funding and multiple prestigious gold medal awards at international innovation exhibitions. Furthermore, he actively leads and contributes to research projects on progressive collapse analysis and rigid pavement development, demonstrating a broad and impactful research portfolio.

She has been developing professionally in the field of engineering since 2021. During these years I have combined the working world with my studies. I have always been very interested in research and teaching. At the same time I have been able to teach private classes to several students. I have always worked under values based on commitment, order and efficiency.

He possesses a solid interdisciplinary academic background, having earned a Bachelor's degree in Engineering Physics followed by a Master's degree in Civil Engineering. Their academic training covered core areas of mathematics, physics, and engineering, establishing a broad theoretical foundation for subsequent professional development. In terms of academic achievements, they successfully completed multiple subject-related research projects, including the design of reinforced concrete buildings, dynamic analysis (considering wind vibration) for the foundations and seismic resistance of high-rise structures, road engineering, and building thermodynamics research. The completion of a graduation thesis on the "Dynamic Study of a Cultural Center" demonstrated their ability to apply theory to complex, practical engineering problems.

She has a comprehensive academic background in Civil Engineering, culminating in a PhD. Their research has consistently focused on the behavior and enhancement of reinforced concrete structures. The Master's thesis investigated the impact of introducing openings on the performance of two-way solid slabs, laying the groundwork for a PhD dissertation that explored strengthening structurally compromised reinforced concrete columns with longitudinal holes using CFRP wraps. This research demonstrates a specialized expertise in experimental mechanics and advanced composite materials for structural retrofit.

a results-driven leader with 30+ years of cross-sector expertise in sports/recreation management, corporate communications, project leadership, and higher education, focused on securing a leadership role in sports or recreation management. His career spans executive roles, elected office, and sports coaching, complemented by an Executive MBA (University of Notre Dame) and MS in Recreation Administration (Aurora University)—equipping him to bridge operational, strategic, and community-focused goals. Paul’s sports-related experience includes founding adult soccer leagues (24+ teams), coaching soccer at the high school/club level (1990–present), and managing community sports programs as Interim Director of Godley Park District (overseeing a $2M facility budget). Beyond sports, he has led high-impact communications and project management initiatives: developing branding strategies for Dolan & Murphy, supporting State Farm’s IT transformation (SharePoint migration, Thunderhead implementation), and producing a parade with 2,000+ participants and 20,000+ live viewers. As an Adjunct Professor at Aurora University and North Central College (2020–present), he teaches public relations, digital writing, and business communications—blending industry experience with academic instruction. His leadership credentials include elected roles (Naperville Township Trustee, 2013–2025), board presidency (Oakhurst Athletic Group), and C-suite collaboration (producing 200+ slide company-wide presentations). With certifications in soccer coaching/refereeing (US Soccer, ACEP) and recreation management (NPRA), Paul brings a unique mix of strategic vision, operational rigor, and sports passion to drive sustained success in sports/recreation leadership roles.

His academic focus includes reinforced concrete structures, earthquake engineering, and structural optimization. He has contributed as a co-author in international research publications, including a study on steel fiber-reinforced concrete corbels and another on retrofitting box-section concrete beams using GFRP stirrups. His research demonstrates expertise in experimental structural behavior and advanced reinforcement techniques. In addition to his research, he has assisted in teaching a wide range of structural, hydraulic, and public works courses across multiple higher education institutes. He has also participated in numerous training programs and conferences related to engineering applications, scientific publishing, and project management, further strengthening his academic and professional profile.

PhD, SFHEA is an Associate Professor of Sustainable Sport Management and Research and Innovation Lead at the University of Sunderland in London. She researches sustainable sport and physical activity programmes, civil society sustainability, sports volunteering, and the social legacies of mega-events such as the Olympics. Funded by the International Olympic Committee’s Olympic Studies Centre, she examined the volunteering legacies of Athens 2004 Games. She has and currently leads several Erasmus+ projects with ENGSO that focus on sport volunteering and environmental sustainability impacts and development of sport volunteer management practices across Europe, and serves as Community of Practice Lead for Sport and Society in the SHARE 2.0 initiative of the European Union.
