Currently, I am teaching courses for Chinese-American University bridge programs through Beijing Prepare, and working on a consulting platform.I have taught college Economics since 2007, and have several years of staff experience at Vanderbilt University.

This individual is a highly accomplished Professor of Civil Engineering, specializing in transportation. He is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in multiple states and a Professional Traffic Operations Engineer (PTOE). His extensive research portfolio focuses on highway safety, traffic operations, pedestrian studies, and freight analysis, with a particular emphasis on evaluating the safety effectiveness of median cable barriers and analyzing freight intermodal connectors. He has an exceptional record of securing and leading research funding, serving as Principal Investigator (PI) on over 22 grants totaling several million dollars from agencies like TDOT, USDOT, FRA, and DHS. He has a prolific publication record with numerous articles in top-tier peer-reviewed journals like Accident Analysis & Prevention and Transportation Research Record, as well as consistent presentations at the Transportation Research Board (TRB) Annual Meeting. A dedicated mentor, he has advised over 25 Master's students to graduation. His work combines rigorous academic research with direct, practical application to transportation engineering challenges.

A physics professional holds a B.S. in Physics (University of Illinois – Urbana-Champaign, 1994), an M.S. in Physics (University of Wisconsin - Madison, 1997), and a Ph.D. in Physics (University of Wisconsin - Madison, 2002). Since 2013, they have served as an Associate Professor of Physics at Tennessee State University, following a role as Assistant Professor there (2007–2013). Previously, they were faculty at Ensworth High School (2005–2007). Their work spans research and education: they have given invited and contributed talks at conferences like the American Association of Physics Teachers (AAPT) and American Physical Society (APS), focusing on physics learning with cultural relevance and student reasoning at Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs). They have 5+ peer-reviewed publications (e.g., in Materials Letters, The Astrophysical Journal, Journal of Applied Physics) on topics including nanomaterials, ZnO spintronics, and astronomical instrumentation. They are a member of AAPT (since 2006), APS (since 2022), and the Topical Group on Physics Education Research (since 2022), and secured $112,000 in funding for “Building Capacity in Science Education Research” in 2020.

A Mechanical Engineering professional holds a PhD (1989) and MSc (1986) from Institut National Polytechnique de Lorraine (INPL, Nancy, France), and a BSc (1982) from the University of Ibadan (Nigeria). Since 2007, they have served as a Full Professor at Tennessee State University (TSU), where they have been Department Chair (2017–2024) and previously held Associate (2001–2007) and Assistant Professor (1996–2001) roles. With 12+ years of industrial experience (Production/Maintenance Engineer at Nigerian firms, 1982–1994) and post-doctoral research at INPL (1989–1992), they hold a US patent (“Virtual Accommodation Apparatus,” US 6,947,875 B2) and have won awards including Boeing’s Phantom Works Silver Award (2005) and NASA’s Objective Award (2000).
